association is registered under Shanghai Civil Administration
Office; it is qualified as a juridical association and covered
by national legal protection. The purposes of the association
are to promote cooperation and networking between members, to
provide information about member's legitimate rights and
interests, as well as to improve Taiwanese enterprise
