David S.
Wang: Chairman of the Board
Mr. Wang is
a veteran in venture capital industry and has more than fourteen years
of investment experience and proven track records.
He holds
M.B.A. in both Technology Innovation Management of National Chengchi
University in Taiwan and Meinders School of Business of Oklahoma City
University, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian
University in Taiwan.
Mr. Wang
joined TAC Group since 1992 and currently serves as President of
Technology Associates Development Corp. (TADC). He also serves as
President of Technology Associates Corp. and President of Tech Alliance
Corp., the two venture capital funds with its focus on early stage and
growth stage companies in the areas of Software, Telecommunication and
Semiconductor industry.
Kent Chen: Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chen is the Founder, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Rinpak Technology Holdings Ltd. Mr. Chen has founded Rinpak
in 2001 and has been the driving force behind Rinpak's success to date.
As President, Mr.Chen plays a significant role in expanding Rinpak's
global presence.
Mora Lee:
Director & Chief Strategy Officer
Miss.
Lee is a Vice President of Technology Associate Development
Corporate in Taiwan. Her main responsibilities include investment
funds management, giving the completed consulting services for
venture business, controlling the risk and assisting corporations
for financial planning. Her investments covered material industry,
photo-electronics industry, semiconductors, and software. She served
as the board of directors for various companies, and she has
established a good reputation in the industry.
Miss.
Lee awarded M.B.A. in Lubin Business School at Pace University, New
York, NY, with Dual Major of Financial Management and International
Business, and B.S. in Material Engineering at Ta-Tung University,
Taipei, Taiwan.
Andrew Wu: Director & Chief Technology Officer
Now as the CTO of Rinpak Technology. Dr. Wu blends his
keen sense of customer needs, his extensive knowledge, and the most
advanced technology to create Rinpak's solution. His vision, experience,
and leadership contribute to Rinpak's ability to retain its
competitiveness in providing consulting services and business
intelligence analysis tools that exceed customer expectations. Dr. Wu is
also the retail optimization professional consultant for Versace; and
helped implement LVMH, Levis, etc.
YC Li:
Independent Director
YC Li
currently works in Touchstone company as Independent Director, his main
responsibilities include overall management of the firm, client
origination, and sales of client funds. Formerly, Mr. Li managed the CMF
Fund, a joint venture fund between China Merchants Group and Fortune
Venture Investment Group to source attractive IT opportunities in China.
Mr. Li has also held previous positions including Managing Director of
Oracle (Taiwan) and a senior management position at Mitac Computer with
a combined 23 years of industrial and operational experience. He
received an MSEE from Taiwan University and BSEE from NCTU, Taiwan.
