Co-President & CEO - Kent Chen

Mr. Chen is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rinpak Technology Holdings Ltd. Mr. Chen has founded Rinpak in 2001 and has been the driving force behind Rinpak's success to date. As President, Mr.Chen plays a significant role in expanding Rinpak's global presence.

Ex Canadian Airline (CAE) senior system analyst, Ex Raymark VP of R&D and Consulting Department. Now as the CTO of Rinpak Technology. Dr. Wu blends his keen sense of customer needs, his extensive knowledge, and the most advanced technology to create Rinpak's solution. His vision, experience, and leadership contribute to Rinpak's ability to retain its competitiveness in providing consulting services and business intelligence analysis tools that exceed customer expectations. Dr. Wu is also the retail optimization professional consultant for Versace; and helped implement LVMH, Levis, etc.

Francis Wu earned a double degree in Computer Science and Accounting from University of Wales, UK. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the IT service business. Prior to Rinpak, Mr. Wu held numerous positions including Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing at Raymark Asia. Prior to Raymark Asia, Mr. Wu was Sales Director at Computer Associates International Ltd. (CA). Prior to CA, Mr. Wu was Sales Manager of Omnitech Business Software Ltd., an authorized distributor of Business Object, S.A., the market leader in business intelligence solutions. He currently serves as director of Rinpak's Asia Pacific operations. In this role, he oversees the company's Asia Pacific Operations, including business management, strategy, sales, marketing, and professional Services for Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, Taiwan, Malaysia and Australia.

Stephane Pignard graduated at ESTA (Ecole Superieure des Technologies et des Affaires) School of Business and Technology. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the IT service business. Prior to Rinpak, Mr. Pignard held numerous positions including product marketing manager at Raymark Europe. Prior to Raymark Europe, he was Pre-Sales Manager at NSB France. Mr. Pignard currently serves as vice president - professional services of Rinpak's EMEA regions. In this role, he oversees the company's EMEA services, including implementation, training, roll-out and support for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Charles Huang graduated from Southern Taiwan University and Chinese Culture University. He was appointed to his current post as Director of Major Account. Prior to that, he was Project & Major Account Manager of Wincor - Nixdorf (Taiwan) retail division.

CJ Chen was appointed to his current post as Director of Finance in July 2006. Prior to that he was the Executive Finance Controller of Long Bao Trading. Before this, CJ completed his bachelor degree in Finance at the Iowa State University, USA.

Grace Hu brings more than 7 years of experience in the ERP working. Prior to Rinpak, she successively held the posts of Implementation Consultant, Product Manager，Senior Consultant, Vocation Consultation Dept. (East-Region) Manager and Assistant Sales Director in Kingdee International Software Group Company Ltd. She has rich experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, Enterprise Information Technology Planning and Business Intelligence. Mrs. Hu currently serves as Pre-Sales Consulting Director of Rinpak.

Bill Zhang was appointed to his current post as Director of Professional Service of Greater China in August 2006, after serving as Implementation Manager of Retail Integrated Management Solutions since March 2001. Prior to that he was Implementation Manager of Fudan QiaoLian Technology Ltd. Before this, Bill completed his bachelor degree in Computer Science at the Fudan University.

James Shu was appointed to his current post as Director of R&D of Greater China in August 2006, after serving as Research and Development Manager since July 2004. Prior to that he has served in many other enterprises. Before this, he graduated from BengBu university.

Enders Lee graduated from the MBA Department of Macao University of Science and Technology. Also he has the certificates of Certified Business Executive and Psychological Counselor. And now, Mr. Lee is Sales Director of Rinpak. In this role, he is responsible for the business of sales and alliance. He brings rich experience of marketing strategy to the organization. Prior to Rinpak, he successively held the posts of Business Partners Manager and Sales Director in Kingdee International Software Group Company Ltd.
